I added a ColorLine to the chart and an EndDragLine for that ColorLine.

In the handler if I add a new ColorLine to the Tools of the chart I get a crash later on "Collection was modified..."

Is adding new tools in event handlers a prohibited operation?

There are probably a few more bugs in this area - I have not searched for them all systematically. You might like to have a look . For example, once you have dragged marks to new positions they no longer zoom properly when you zoom the chart.
