XE4 update 1 compile problem

I have XE4 update 1 installed and just grabbed the latest TeeChart2013 Full source which has installed.

Using TeeChart Recompilation tool for XE4 works with all profiles win32...all the way to IOS Device v18 which exits with the following error :-

Thanks for reporting. We could reproduce the issue here and we are investigating it. In the meantime you can use the binary installer for XE4.

I found the solution to this issue.

Seems it will only happen to those who installed the Update1 patch, full iso install shouldn't have been effected.

Solution is to run the following as administrator (if not admin it will look like its run but not touch the files) :-
