Installation of TeeChart on the server?

Hi ,
Does TeeChart have to be installed on the server , in order to render the graphs on the client-side browser. I tried accessing my web application remotely without installing TeeChart software on the server but it throws an exception'An instance of type 'Steema.TeeChart.Chart' was being created, and a valid license could not be granted for the type'Steema.TeeChart.Chart'.Please contact the manufacturer of the component for more information.'. I am currently using the temporary folder(chart_temp), wherein the graphs are created.
I have included the TeeChart dll's in my project references, but it doesnt work.
What should be done?
